Although Museum Auto will provide event security, participants and members of their party do hereby release and discharge Museum Auto and it’s event sponsors of any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property. All vehicle showcase participants must arrive at the event no later than 6 am, and must keep their vehicle displayed until 3 pm. All vehicles must be removed from the premises by no later than 6 pm. Please email us if you need special accommodations. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or to dismiss anyone for unacceptable conduct at our discretion. I agree to allow pictures of myself and/or vehicle to be used in the publicity and advertising of this event.
